Making the Connections is a short video and visual exhibit that walks us through some of the social factors that have a significant impact on our health: income, housing, education, food, neighbourhood, sense of community, race and racism and access to health care. It also introduces systems thinking and asks us to think about the larger, interconnected society we are apart of and how these connections impact our health.

The Public Engagement Principles (PEP) Project of the National Coalition on Dialogue and Deliberation was launched in February 2009 to create clarity about what we consider to be the fundamental components of high-quality public engagement.
The principles were developed collaboratively by members and leaders of NCDD, IAP2 (the International Association of Public Participation), the Co-Intelligence Institute, and many others.
