Drawing on guidelines and resources from the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI)'s toolkit, this webinar will outline how to measure health inequalities and report on indicators by subpopulations defined by equity stratifiers (i.e., sociodemographic variables) such as income and education.
This webinar will discuss the relationship between population health and proximity to resources (parks, supermarkets, community centres, etc.) that impact our daily life. Drawing on solid scientific knowledge, speakers will explain the correlation between the physical and mental health status of urban populations and housing conditions, food environment, community life and sustainable mobility.
