Join SFU Vancouver and SFU Urban Studies for a discussion with Seth Klein about his new book, A Good War: Mobilizing Canada for the Climate Emergency.

Seth Klein is a public policy researcher, writer and adjunct professor in SFU’s Urban Studies program. Seth was the founding director and served the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives for 22 years. Drawing on his book’s theme, Seth will outline how we can align our politics and economy with what the science says we must do to address the climate crisis. There will be plenty of time for a Q&A with Seth at the end of the presentation, and a few lucky attendees will receive a copy of the book!

Julie Zhang will begin with a brief overview of Chris Macklin's use of Two-Eyed Seeing as a guiding principle to integrate Indigenous forms of expertise and knowledge into the CDC Framework for Program Evaluation in Public Health.
