2019 Livable Cities Forum: Building Better Communities through Resilience

October 28, 2019 (All day) to October 30, 2019 (All day)

This year's forum will heavily focus on community responses to climate change. The program's three themes are: (i) Exploring the Climate Change and Health Nexus, which will explore how responses to climate change can improve community health and well-being; (ii) Role of Infrastructure in Building Better Neighbourhoods, which will consider the co-benefits of a variety of infrastructure types; and (iii) Advancing Low Carbon Resilience for more Livable Communities, which will make the case for integrating climate change resilience with low carbon initiatives can result in multiple co-benefits for communities and the environment.
